Full Time Admin Processor

We are looking for an admin processor to join our team, to be based in either in Surrey or Glasgow. Normal working hours will be 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Main Responsibilities –

  • Order Processing and raising purchasing orders using Sage 200
  • Liaising with factories in the UK & EU
  • Checking of information; pricing, dimensions, finishes
  • Processing of fabrics, shipping them to different countries. Maintaining a detailed sheet of information on current fabrics and where they have been shipped to
  • Ordering of bespoke products, dealing with any enquiries and ensuring the factories have all the relevant information
  • Staying up to date with the latest products, creating codes and adding them into our system
  • Using Excel daily and being able to work with formulas
  • Monitor lead times and ensure the sales team know of any problems that might effect their sale
  • General admin tasks; answering the phone, emailing suppliers for up to date pricing, taking payments
  • Gaining knowledge of suppliers and what factories would be suitable for certain products
  • Working with sales, ensuring all questions are answered.
  • Working closely with logistics with regards to delivery dates.
  • Emailing customers order acknowledgements and helping with any questions they might have

The ideal candidate will have –

  • A good level or numeracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of using Excel and Word
  • Prior use of CRM systems, Sage 200 and Dynamics is preferable but not mandatory
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Able to handle working under pressure during busy times
  • Good team working skills

Warehouse Supervisor 

We are looking for a full time Warehouse Supervised, based in Ash Vale, Surrey.  Normal working hours will be 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Main Responsibilities –

  • Unloading and loading of Incoming and Outgoing goods, manually and machinery assisted
  • Checking of goods received
  • Picking, Packing and Assembling
  • Repair works
  • Onsite delivering and Installation
  • Run regular Daily and Weekly safety inspections
  • Using Excel, Word and Outlook Daily
  • Working closely with Sales with regards to delivery dates.
  • Maintenance and organisation of the Warehouse

The ideal candidate will have –

  • Full Clean Driving Licence including 3.5 tonne
  • Experience working within a busy warehouse environment
  • Basic upholstery and wood working skill an advantage (not compulsory)
  • Ability to Control Stock movement
  • Counterbalance Forklift Licence an advantage (not compulsory)
  • Good team working skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Able to handle working under pressure during busy times
  • Knowledge of using Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Keen eye for attention to detail and oragnisation Skills
