Job Role: Sales Support Administrator 

Salary: From £22,000 per annum D.O.E

Location: Ash Vale, GU12 5QE

Satelliet UK Hospitality Furniture has over 60 years’ experience within the contract furniture industry working with designers, decision makers and other creatives to supply unique products of premium quality. What makes us unique is we have our own brand of furniture called Satelliet Originals, with sustainability and collaboration being at the core of our values. 

We are recruiting an enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Sales Support.  This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Surrey offices. The focus of this job is to provide support to the Sales team, full training will be provided.   

Our showroom offices are a comfortable and stylish place to work, however we understand the need for flexibility and hybrid working options would be considered after  the initial training period. We like our staff to be smartly dressed as we often have designers visiting our showroom, but that doesn’t mean traditional suit and tie, we want our staff to feel comfortable and like themselves.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to incoming enquiries, via telephone and email, promptly and efficiently, directing the enquiry to the correct member of sales staff. 
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of the CRM system. 
  • Submit and manage detailed quotations on behalf of the sales team. 
  • Coordinate the customers’ needs as required and improving processes as and when required to enhance the customer experience. 
  • Ensure the office library is up to date. 
  • To meet and greet customers who visit the showroom. 
  • General administrative duties. 

About You: 

  • Good communication skills. 
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365. 
  • Ability to take initiative. 
  • Good time management skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills. 
  • Proficient across all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
